We believe in tailoring the tutoring experience to the needs and preferences of the learner to achieve maximum outcomes. Heather bring 46 years of teaching experience within the Cowichan Valley, first in School District 79, and then with WestView Learning. Rhonda returned to the Cowichan Valley fall of 2024 and joined WestViiew Learning’s staff. Rhonda was trained in Northern Ireland and specialized in the early learning.
